I apologize for my intervention in the subject, but I wanted to share the opinion. I think that issue related to research of service quality. In that type of researches the use daemon client or what it called mystery shopper officially.

The research firm usually employ or use a number of researchers to carry out the representation of the role of the client to the restaurant. These mystery shoppers visiting the restaurants as they normal customers and watching everything closely and record all details in a chick lists given to them.

Finally they deliver these reports to the research company which dump data, analyze these data and finally write a report define the level of service quality in that restaurant. Why ? to improve the service quality and treat any defects may they find before losing customers due to these defects.

I think I need more time to understand this attractive site.. never mind, I'm not familiar with such social sites because of my work there is no time .. do you know? I have I pad before three months ago and couldn't use it till now .. shshshhsh  don't tell others ...
