Need Help about Contract to hire policy

Hi , i am Anand going to be on Contract to hire with a reputed MNC in singapore, but i am bit unsure abt my future prospectus, will working with Contract to hire policy hamper my chances to be back as permanent employee in India when i will come back.

If you become employee of Singapore company, as per term "contact-to-hire" then there is no problem for sure.

Otherwise some chances are there that you may face some problem when you return.(This is in general,depends on many other things, mainly your field,requirement).
