Good morning guys!
I just want to know the process to acquire Saudi Tourist Visa for Philippines Passport holders. I have checked online however Philippines is not YET included in the e-visa list.

If so, you can get the visa through applying in person at VFS Tahseel in Bahrain financial harbor. Check their site for all the details.

Requirements from their website for Tourist visa are:

Valid passport not less than 6-month validity, Considering any agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and some countries regarding the passport validity.
Copy of the CPR.
CPR reader print out.
Copy of the residence permit.
Hotel booking.
Round trip flight ticket.
HR letter from the company stating the job title and purpose of travel
Bank statement for 6 month.
Age should be above 18 years old, otherwise should be escorted by a parent.
Tour program stating the activities that will be done in Saudi Arabia.
