I have a moroccan friend married with a syrien guy. and they never had a healthy relationship always fighting when she asked for divorce he refused and tell her that she will never dream about it. any advices about how to ask for divorce hee in UAE.

u can contact a law firm.  they'll advise u how to go ahead.  deaifis advocates is one of the best law firm in uae.

Well it really depends on where they got married. If they got married here under the jurisdiction of UAE Law, then she can just walk into Dubai Courts here, next to Maktoum Bridge and seek help. If she was married outside the UAE then she'll probably have to get a lawyer involved etc.
At this moment of time, because she is muslim, she has the right to ask for a divorce. The Judge over here will probably emphasise on a 3 months separation, and then stamp the divorce papers.
In either way, it is the right of a Woman to seek divorce should she feel insecure or misused by her husband. Every countries law supports that..
