No, I am a Belgian citizen and we don't have a diplomatic representation here in Tbilisi. That is beside the honorary consul. Never the less I am very happy with the way our embassy in Baku is keeping in close touch with our few fellow countrymen here and they come over on a regular basis. Regretfully the corona issue has thrown a spanner in the works. However kudos to the embassy staff in Baku for their much appreciated work. I think they do a great job.
