Hi Richard!
I'm very glad you wrote, nice to meet you!
I have been to London several times and many of my friends studied in London..

I discovered this web site because now we have no much work and it seems there is nothing left to do, so I got bored and decided to make friends around the world..isn't it a great idea? =)

he said - no this is a religion =))))

Dave-KSA

Thanks for putting Almaty on the map for me:)

FeeAcer

You're most welcome Dave!

Danchella

Almaty is located in Kazakhstan..Kazakhstan is located in between Russia, China and some other Central Asian countries..people in Almaty are neither Europeans nor Asians, we are different..in my picture you can see the lake behind me..it is Almaty lake that is situated in the mountains that surround Almaty..if you have other questions give them a shot, I will try to answer them...

Dave-KSA

Wow, it seems so exotic. A country made up of people who aren't in any of the main categories (European or Asian)but a blending of several, with beautiful mountains and scenery. I need to go there in my next holiday.  Another poster sent me the wikipedia article on Almaty, also and it was very interesting. Between that information, and the info you provided, it makes me wan to go there now and visit.

Danchella

Yeah you should come and have fun in Almaty, people are very friendly, especially young people up to 30 - 35..they like to go out..there are many fun things to see..you gonna like it..and where do you live now? where are you from?

nurulfitri

Hello everyone..
It's Nurul from Kinshasa..

I'm originally from Indonesia and moved to Congo in last year..

Nice to meet you all here..

Dave-KSA

American. I work in Saudi Arabia. Before this current job, I worked in various Asian countries. Prior to that I was a career military man for 20 years. As you can see, I've lived most of my adult life traveling the world, with no plans to stop any time soon.  I think many expats share this wanderlust.
