I have lived 6 months in Nairobi to undertake my PhD field research. Next month I will be leaving Kenya, now I need to find someone to take over my room in Nairobi.

The room for rent is in Lavington (Nairobi) and available from 16 July 2011.

The room is one in a 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is conveniently located on Gitanga Road opposite Amboseli Road. There is a public transport stop to Westlands and the Central Business District directly in front of the complex.

Its features include:
- A basic room
- Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room
- Non-smoking
- No pets allowed

The rent is 15,000KSH/month (excluding water and electricity)

If you are interested or want more details, please message or call me.

Cheers
