Im from bangladesh dhaka,i have stayed in malaysia also before for few years.now i want to move in singapore n setup my own business there.anyone who can help me with proper info would be great ..and im looking forward to increase my networking with the locals up there too.

To move to Singapore, you need the appropriate residence visa.
To set up your own business, this is the EntrePass.
The requirements are high - read about it at the MoM website!
If you cannot fulfill these, your chances are low to non-existent.
In any case, you should engage (or at this stage only consult) a renowned business oncorporation service provider. Their (high) fees are justified if you want to avoid even costlier mistakes.
