Hi! I am a teacher. I wanted to know that since our contracts are changed on emergency basis due to coronavirus global pandemic the salaries have been decreased. Now if we accept that and once its finished we don't sign the new contract and resign then on what basis my end of service benefits be made on the original contract before it or the one changed on the emergency basis?

Hello,
your employer can change your salary but not the contract, it stays the same until it is expired. If employer wishes to give you a new contract then shall clear your end of benefits from previous employment or at least clarify you through settlement. for more information pls google labor education saudi arabia and there is a website.
