Where/how to report medicare/medicaid fraud by individuals in PR?

I made an online complaint 2 months ago. They said they would contact me, but never did.

An online complaint to whom? To which agency?

I dont remember, but it's irrelevant because they were no good in that they didnt do anything. If was just an online form. They said they would contact me, but never did. I have documents to upload, but there was no way to do that in the online form.

Report it to the Dept. of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General. They have a website with a drop-down menu for Fraud. HHS manages Medicare/caid. Inspector General is the watchdog (and the ones that are currently being fired).
