Hi,
I have applied for work permit under pay limit scheme along with depended family visa.
File submitted on 3rd December 2021
Biometric Done on 10th December 2021
Update got from my employer that my contract has been sent for review at regional labour market council, and they have up to 3 weeks for answer the questions.
Also, as per link
https://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-GB/Words-a … B522130C03
"If SIRI has any doubts whether your salary and terms of employment correspond to Danish standards, we can ask experts in the field, e.g. one of the regional labour market councils, to assess your terms of employment. When this is needed the service goal is 3 months from the day the application has been submitted (*)."
So may be in March or April I am expecting approval.
Got reply last week(10th Feb) that salary is not as per Danish standard & employer submitted revised salary.

Anyone who applied under pay limit scheme in October 2021 and received approval?
We applied for VISA including dependent VISA
Work Visa - Applied - 14th Sept 21
Query received on salary - 2nd Feb 22
Revised salary submitted - 10th Feb 22
Visa Approved on 15th Feb 22. So intotal they took 5 months
Dependent VISA - Applied on 28th Sept 21 , Still waiting for same .
Does anyone know how much time they take for dependent VISA after work permit approval ?
When was the biometric done. Was the biometric done for you and your spouse same day?
Did your employer informed you about the revised salary, or they simply submitted it to the SIRI?
When there is query on salary , applicant receives letter as well as email from Embassy about the same .
Also they send letter to applicant & employer on same . Once employer submit revised salary within 3-4 days you will get visa.
How long it takes to receive the passport with visa after approval email?
If dependant biometric is done along with main applicant does the visa of both comes together?
For Work visa ...Employer receives email 1 day after approval & next day you will get the visa dispatched notification from VFS.
For dependent visa if you apply at same time then it will be approved soon after work permit approval (within 1-2 weeek)
How many days it takes, if the case worker is assigned to a case and is working on the case?

I have applied for pay limit scheme 24th September and still my case is under process. I need to start working in a week time but SIRI only says we know its frustrating but you need to wait and of course they don't give any estimation regarding my case.
Is there anyone who has applied late September and already got an answer?
Best

it is sad to experience such delayed VISA Processing. i think they are focusing on fast track applications.
They are not much worried about regular pay limit applications it seems. in my case already 4months is over but yet to get update from them.
did anyone got VISA who applied in Novemebr or October?
It's the same status with fast track applications as well.

We applied for Work permit on 16th November 2021 and received approval on 16th March 2022.
It took 4 months for us.
Was it fastTrack?
Hi all
I had my biometrics on October 11th, 2021. Application under the Pay Limit Scheme.
Application was sent for review to the Regional Labour Market Council second week of Feb. Was subsequently informed by my employer that SIRI had issues with the salary offered and so I signed an amended contract March 8th. Still no update or contact. Been more than five months now and still nothing. The whole situation feels quite hopeless. I have no dependents with my application but as a graduate who cannot start work, it's very stressful and anxiety-inducing.
Hi. I would like to share our experience.
For Myself
-I received offer back in November 2022.
-My company arranged necessary paperworks and submitted online 1st week of December 2022.
-Biometrics done (in Dubai) 7 Dec 2022
-Permit and Visa received 14 Dec 2022.
-Fast Track scheme
For my family (Wife and 2 kids)
-Passports had to be renewed as they were expiring, received on 3rd week of January 2022
-Applied online (while still in Dubai, without NemID), last of January 2022.
-Biometric done on 2 Feb 2022.
-Visa and Permit received 22 March 2022.
Does any one applied on November or December 2021 and got the visa?- @sunny2409
@Jai21212 do you got the email from SIRI about the update, like salary need to be update etc.
My company applied for my permit 30th May. I did my biometrics on the 7th of June. Seems like my application was looked at on the 13 June and a query was supposed to be sent to my company on salary but there was some technical issues and the mail never got to them. So we've been sitting waiting for a reply for 2 months. Come to find this out. They have now answered the query so hopefully, I'll have a response soon!
Hello everyone,
I am an exchange student at Copenhagen Business School for this semester. I applied for a resident permit on February 7, 2023, with the case number OS-2500-SN. Unfortunately, till now, I haven't received any confirmation letters to make a CPR number and resident card. I wonder if there is any issue with my application or if it is still under review. Since my first day of arrival in Denmark is January 16, 2023, I am concerned that the 90/180-day rule may expire soon. i have check the case status and it states “no fee”, does this mean that I am going to receive the permit soon? And if i am going to travel, will I get exiled or banned if I still haven’t got the permit?
