moving to baku

Hello,

My husband, 8 month year old daughter and i will be moving to Baku in Feb 09, we have been told that the stonepay estate is a nice area to live, however my husband is not working for BP or any oil companies and we are struggling to find a real estate/letting agent who has properties to rent on that estate, does any one know how we can go about trying to find what (if anything) is available on the estate.
