I believe most of the places in KSA are Wifi, that pertains to major cities. Communication will depend on your work, the kind of job you have and so as the kind of employer you have.

The main telecommunication company, STC, offers some free wifi hotspots if you are already registered with their broadband at home services. Other coffee shops and places may offer some wifi as well.

does it need an iqama before you registerd?? wat is the validity of an iqama?? is it yearly?? tnx.
