I from Canada and am booked to travel to cambodia July 26 but I heard I must give 3000 USA for insurance.is this true?

Yep....it’s true.
See the above link.

You deposit $3000 to a Cambo bank account & from that your C19 testing fee & quarantine costs are deducted. You get back what’s left after those costs.

It’s scary stuff. ALSO, you need C19 Insurance & that’s expensive. I’ve seen quotes of $300 to $600 per MONTH premiums depending on your age & deductible.

Thailand is doing something similar.

Looks like these cheap Asian destinations ain’t so cheap anymore.
