Wow what a nightmare, I filled for unemployment in april, 1st and have not received a dime. My stimulis was just received like a week ago and my wife still has not received hers. The gov. Here originally said I would not be getting a refund however my tax preparer said I was due a refund. After months of fighting with them.I provided a copy of my return and they finally gave me my refund. My unemployment however consist of calling several hundred times a day and once in a while you get a actual person and they typically hang up on you. It's no wonder crime is through the roof in p.R. the gov. Here forces you to be criminal. The wind blows and all gov. Programs collapse. Not sure why they have some offices even open.they are paying salaries and no results.just last week 870,000 applied and dept. Of unemployment had only processed 8,000 claims. So in a business since its costing more in salaries and office overhead than they are producing.no return on the investment. This gov. To date owes me and my wife in excess of $20,000 back pay and so far not a dime. What a joke.....and a majority want statehood....really .Poor management.I would not trust any officials to run a garage sale.

Update on my unemployment filing nightmare. After months and daily callings to many many many given office numbers. Also calling the F.B.I. many times due to the fact a large portion owed to me was federal money. And pressuring the dept. Of labor on the mainland director. The unemployment office sent to my old address a check that almost brought me current in payment status. If it was not for my old mail man I wouldn't have even received it at all. What a mess.....but typical p.r. what they say????
(We do it best!) Not sure what that means lol. If it's screw ups then yes you do ...(do it best)

Today at noon, I will have a job interview. I'm a little scared, cause it is my first time -_-. My mom advised me to prepare and use the helpful job interview star method, which will help me tell my great, well-structured story about myself and my work experience, so now I am almost sure I can get this job! Pray for me :)
