Meu1 Apostille marriage certificate?

Hi

I am due to go to immigration end of August to apply for my MEU1, I have seen a comment that I need to Apostille my marriage certificate. Can any one confirm this is the case and the procedure as I got married in Vegas?
Immigration gave me a list of documents needed and the Apostille has no mention!

Some Immigration dept officials ask and some dont - I would contact the Immigration dept (migration at crmd.moi.gov.cy) to confirm this requirement usually when marriages take place outside of homeland then an apostile is required and must be done in the country where it was issued..

When you made your appointment and showed your British passport they may have simply assumed you were married in Britain
