hi can anybody recommend a bank in tbilisi to open a personal account? is it still straightforward post covid? how long does it take? thanks

TBC Bank, easier to open = fewer forms to fill out and more cooperative. Don't know about post covid, doubt anyone does.

No, I don't think the branch is important, unless it's close to where you live - like mine which is in Vake. There might be branches where there are better English speakers, always a plus.
