Hi there,

We are planning our move to Mauritius soon. I have been wondering what items are hard to come by? Fairly unimportant in the grand scheme of things but good to know!
Thanks in advance.

Hi Pandapanda5,

Welcome to the Mauritius forum.  :)

You can find nearly anything here... Do you have kids ? If yes then consider bringing their essential stuffs.

Apart from that, here is an old thread, some infos are still valid but nowadays you can find almost anything here except if you have your own favourite brands that might not be available locally.

- Essentials to live in Mauritius

Also electronic gadgets are quite expensive (smart watch, GoPro, cameras and other accessories.)

Have a nice day,
Anoushka
