Well,the article says one would need a video call with the tax administration office and that is never going to happen so the normal route is how it must be done which is walking in to the tax office with all your ID required as proof,its normally done there and then,fairly painless but if you go during lockdown you will need to phone for an appointment first.I did read now on line from a lawyer that up to 150.000 property ownership with no income from trees on the land or the property one does not need to submit tax returns every year only if one sells the property.But your accountant will advise you further.Michela you can walk into an accountants office near you and ask them,it might be the one you would be using every year for your tax return,when lock down lifts of course,we are all waiting to get on with some life matters that we need to deal with.

The 150.000 property and not submitting tax returns every year is if one does not live in Greece as a permanent resident I believe and not earning an income in Greece.
