HOW TO FILE A CASE AGAINST WIFE REGARDING CYBER CRIME VIOLATION?

Post new topic

Norman Brey

Hello,

Me and my wife have been living and working here in Jeddah for the last 15 years of our married lives.  Until last year of October, she went on vacation alone and upon her return I have discovered on her cellphone that she had been dating her EX Boyfriend and they have been together for 4 days.  Until farther I searched up on her cellphone that they have been into a long distance relationship since 2018 as the wife of the guy had already written a 10 page letter to my wife to stop my this nonsense thing of what they are doing because both of them (my wife & the guy) are already been married legally.

The adultery case being done by my wife is a separate case that i have already filed, but to file a case against her pertaining to cyber crime violation by them exchanging extreme photos of themselves before they meet up.  I am more concern of this issue on how to file a case against my wife here in KSA.

Looking forward for a proper guidance on this matter.

Respectfully your,
Norman Brey

I dont mean to sound rude or offensive to you in any way or make you feel worse then u already feel .

I can advice you this .

Move on and live your life . Forget about her and let your life progress .

Yes, totally agree with the reply above.
Your situation seems painfully devastating. But being a neutral observer, I can also tell that there are a lot emotions in there. The standout emotion that's coming out of you is the desire for vengeance. Vengeance itself is generally seen as a negative emotion. I firmly believe that one cannot achieve positive outcome from a negative emotion or motive.
Letting go may also seem tough. But the situation demands you to let go and give life another chance. You'll soon see that life can heal as well as compensate.
Move on bro!

I don't recommend that you file a cybercrime case, since you can be at fault because you searched her phone without her permission.

Hopefully you can move on and find the right person.

Yes.  forgive her, let her move on, and move on yourself as well.  its easier said than done, but nothing beneficial will come out of fighting it out in courts or at home.  its very painful, but doing these things will only make it worse in my opinion.
