i came here on work visit visa about 5 months ago evry month my company is renewing my visa and they told me that my aqama is in process,soon i ll get aqama.so i need to know is this possible to get aqama with out leaving saudi arabia.

You are on a business visa I assume. I haven't heard of a work visit visa. Business visas need to be renewed every few months. As per my understanding, you can leave the country when your business visa needs to be renewed and you can enter after its renewed. So no problems there.
