Mutual respect is not hard (for some).  Apparently the voices of those who don't want to be blown out of their homes by the neighbors karaoke party also matters.

Setting aside the cultural arguments with regard to loud music and karaoke.  Why, in the carport of your home do you need loudspeakers for the other party goers sitting less than 10 feet away to hear you sing (or some semblance thereof)?

The argument that "all Filipinos" like loud music and noise apparently is not true.  It's like the folks that always refer to that faceless group of people referred to as "they"  or "most people" to support their argument.   I guess in this case "they"  don't always like karaoke at 2 in the morning.

At the very least turn it down and show some respect for others.

Yup early am... thats about the time the 'respectful' owners may call it a night & then let loose their caged dogs to take over to howl/bark thru the night so they can carry on with the celebration whilst the 'respectful' owners are too drunk & slumber of peacefully.
