Business Opportunities in Mauritius

Hi,
My wife and myself would like to investigate business oppertunities in Mauritius. She is a professional Pilates instructor (own business) and will be prepared to join up with existing studio's in Mauritius. We would like some advise of how to go about this. I'm still in a career but have valuable experience in hospitality, logistics and food hygiene ( fruit packing). We have owned two restaurants before and business in courier industry. Our main aim is to apply our skills to earn a living in Mauritius. We currently live in George, Western Cape, South Africa. We are also willing to go into partnership with current business owners in Mauritius. I have a booked trip to Mautitius, postponed due to COVID-19, but are hoping to visit any time soon. We could then meet up with key people. I will advise when we will be coming over.
