Can't renew my iqama or Resident Permit

Post new topic

hi guys, is there anyone here who experienced the iqama expired but it can't be renew in online by HR department, the following reasons they said.

* way back 2014 i send my son to our country with exit re entry visa but he didn't return to KSA. our HR before told me that, its automatic it will remove in my iqama the name of my son if he didn't come back here in KSA.
*I have new born baby last Aug, 08, 2020 and I think they will add again to my iqama but I'm planning not to take a iqama for my baby because they will go for exit together with my with wife this November.

do you think guys this are the reasons why I can't renew my iqama or any other things or reason. do i need to clear their names first in Jawazat? if you have some ideas or experience can you let me know please because until now i dont know what to do or where should i start. thanks in advance for the answers.

Hello

As far as I can understand from your explanation I can say that the problem is you need to pay dependant tax for your wife “even if your new baby still have no Iqama”
If your wife hold Iqama then you should pay annual taxes for her during your Iqama renewal, if you wish to send her with final exit, you should do that before the expiration date of your Iqama since you are the Sponser of her
Your new born baby can leave with birth certificate during 6 months of the date of his or her birth.
I think your son problem at 2014 has no relation of this issue.
I hope that my answer could help you, it’s based on my previous Experince however the best move for you to visit Jawazat by your self and investigate the issue

thank you for the reply sir, actually my wife is not under with my iqama she's working in the government hospital as staff nurse. so the baby is only with my iqama. and i heard for some people that if the baby is not yet 1 year old no need to pay the tax. am i right? any idea?
