Petulance.

Post new topic

My son is petulant a hole, years of working bloody hard cracked a few surfaces from 5 years old but the ingrained thinking never changed, He is 25 now and I have nothing to do with him for 4 years and don't miss the difficulties one bit, there are plenty of good points in his soul but are outweighed by his ego...... Some things will never change.  My daughter on the other hand is is totally opposite and a treasure. (6 years older)
I see the same characteristics with the leaders of my country and oft times applaud and other times cringe. I'm sure it rings a bell in all countries.
I feel good that I now live in a country where I don't really care what happens here in the political arena because mostly it has nothing to do with my situation here,  and recently have wondered the decisions made in "supposedly first world countries" and where the arrow is pointed. Perhaps in a few years we will be learning Mandarin as opposed to Tagalog.
In the mean time my son is a little sh#t like many leaders in the world........ where forward?

OMO.

Cheers, Steve.

Don't feel bad Steve. . . . Your son is like many other sons including mine. Once a son leaves the nest, he has left for his whole new world.

I have a son and if we walked passed each other on the street, we probably wouldn't recognize each other. It's been years and years since we have been completely apart. I've tried to reconnect with him and his family but to no avail.

I have two friends that have completely been disconnected from their sons, not through their own fault.

On the other hand I have a daughter if she doesn't hear from me has threatened to contact the US Embassy to check on my well being.

Well firstly welcome to the forum but only a lowly opinion but given your boring sales pitch I would suggest your petulance be directed to this sites advertising section and probably better still, why a topic/thread named petulance? Go start your own thread and stop hijacking.

Cheers, Steve.
