Travel to Northern Vietnam on February 2021

Hi,

I am now living in Saigon, Vietnam and I would like to travel to Northern Vietnam in Feb 2021. Do you think I can do it in this Covid time? How is the Covid in Hanoi?

If I can do travel, I love the trip [link moderated] . Is there anybody interested in joining me?

Well I for one have been openly traveling for the last 4 months inside Vietnam & never had a problem, been to Da Lat, Dak Lak, Buon Ma Thuot, Vinh Long, Vung Tau, Ho Tram to name a few & never had a problem. I did log my journeys on the Health Declaration Web Site/App so that they could track my journeys. I have seen on this forum many others have also traveled internally & never had a problem either.
