New to Argentina

Hello to Everyone,
           My plans are to do a Pre-visit to Cordoba, Argentina in January 2021.  I am marrying an Argentine lady which I have been with for some time.  Looking at the housing and possibly opening my own business but not in a hurry.    I understand the Tax issues somewhat and look forward to any and all advice you have.  Please don't tell me to find another country or don't go, that will not be helpful.  I have lived in many countries and traveled to so many more.  This will not be much of a shock to my system and don't intend to compare Argentina to the United States.
