Rebecca without a cedula it is almost impossible to get a job. To get a cedula you must qualify for residencia and a job like this will not qualify you for much of anything.

You likely do not know these jobs do not pay well. Currently new rules in place because of Covid, you must earn a base pay of over  RD 25,000 to qualify for a work visa.  And thousands and thousands of Dominicans are out of work and qualify for these jobs! You wont get a work visa.  Sounds like you may not qualify for residencia if you need to work to live here.
