Dear all
My name is Anser Anwar Basha i am from India i came to Saudi 2013 in International company as a storekeeper i live this company 0n 2019 the company not pay my salaries and benefits to me so i make a case on 2019 now my case in enforcement court. The enforcement court raised section 46 on August 2020 i not see my family from 2014 to till date i wnat go baco to india i can transfer this case to my friend in Saudi so he can received the money he will send to me in India pls advice me if there any procedure to transfer the case

Yes, you can transfer your case to Saudi Law Firm Lawyer who is handling labor court cases. Check in google law firm legal services and proceed it.

I don't have any law firm lawyer myself handing this case from being because i don't have any job till date how I can pay lawyer fees my iqama expire also from 2 years yor advice please can I transfer this case to my friend in saudi

Dont go back,

you should call 1950- MOJ and get instruction to move ahead. as per my experience , they will advise you to go back to court , by online request. Court will reorder so that you get the money immediately.
