Hello to everybody!

My partner and I are living in the UK for about 10 years. I am from Spain and he is from Poland. We decided to start planning to move to Poland. We will probably move to Warsaw in April/May.

We are used to socializing with people from everywhere in the world and we would love to keep doing this in Poland. We are looking to build up a nice, open-minded, and caring network of people where we can share adventures with!

Please contact us if you would like to keep in touch with us or you would like to share any advice about moving to Warsaw :)

Thank you!
Peace & Love.

Buy property if you want to stay for long, don't rent. It is still very cheap compared to Western Europe: The highest price I ever saw was 2500 Euros per square meter and that was right in Warsaw city center in 2017. Unless you want to socialize with young people only, learn some Polish. Elders are often not good at all in English.

Thanks, Richard. We really appreciate your advice :)

Tell me about any progress in your search...You will also find great differences between monthly charges from one type of building to the other. But they are generally quite low.

If you want something nice though buying a flat or a house in Warsaw or Krakow is more expensive than buying  property in Berlin .

You really got a problem with figures. In politics as well as in real estate. In Berlin, you won't have anything under 4000 Euros par square meter and that's in terrible areas. The average is 5876 and it can go up to 8000. In Warsaw centre (srodmiesce for instance), the average price is 3343 Euros per sqm in 2021. Maximum? 4400! No more. And that's where stars live.

Is there a subject where you are credible? Deliberate errors or total lack of information? Maybe both in fact. You should check facts before writing on this site.

Property in Berlin is far more expensive than in Warsaw. At least a 40% difference! Just check on internet.

Hi there,

My name is Mariano and my wife’s name is Gosha. I’m from the United States and my wife is Polish but grew up in Germany. We have been living in the States since 2017 and now since I’m retiring from the US army we would like to love to Poland. We have been around internal friends for as long as I can remember. We would love to meet you guys. We are moving to Poland in about 2-3 months.
