1. We can release the Exit Clearance here in the office in 30-60 minutes;
2. For requirements in your travel to Manila, please inquire from your LGU or other concerned government agencies;
3. You must apply a 9(a) Tourist Visa in the nearest Philippine Embassy, Pre-book an accredited quarantine facility, pre-book COVID-19 Testing provider;
4. Yes, you may apply for a visa extension in the nearest immigration office.

Only in the Philippines will there be a government agency office with the phone number on the government website posted that does not work.

Couldn't they do call forwarding? Must be too complicated......
