Saudi Council of Eng: Convert temporary membeship to perminant

For permanent membership below documents required.
1: Degree from and back sites attested + Marksheet attested with authorized authority in the home country.

But I have an attested degree but I don't have a Mark Sheet. Kindly, guide me on what is the alternate to upload documents for permanent membership.
