Can we apply employment pass renewal from India..

Currently got strcuked in india due to Malaysia Covid restrictions..

Even if you do, you will not be allowed to travel.

Employment pass must be filed by your employer, you cannot renew yourself.

It can be done. ur employer will have to process it. However, it cant be endorsed since ur outside Malaysia. You will need SEV to enter, for which u will need an entry approval. Which is not easy. All in all, sadly its an unfavorable situation for u. Hope this Covid situation improves quickly so that all of us can come out of this black hole.
