Visa for brother

Post new topic

Yogggg

Hello everyone,

I am trying to apply for a visit visa for my brother. I have applied 4 or 5 times but it keeps getting rejected. He was living here in Bahrain since more than 20 years and he was on work visa when his employer suddenly terminated his visa without informing him in 2018.

All agents are telling us that since he was on work visa he has to enter Bahrain’ again only on work visa. Is that true? Please advise on a solution on how to go about this.

Much appreciated

Thank you!

Priscilla

Not true.  It doesn't matter.   He can get a visit visa.   The only case in which this would be an issue is if the employer filed an absconding case on him and then terminated the visa.

You need a company to sponsor a visit visa for him if the evisa keeps getting rejected.

But even after his visa was terminated, he did a 2 or 3 month grace extension ... how is that possible?

You have one month by default after the visa is cancelled and after that you will have to approach Lmra for possible extension.
