My one month visit visa will expire one 15 April 2021. I want to stay 3 days more because I want to travel on 18 April 2021. It is possible to stay 3 days extra after visa expire. Please help me .

Not unless you want to pay a fine and be at risk for never getting a visa for Bahrain again.

Approach NPRA to see if they can extend your visa for payment. That is the only legal way.
