in January so kind of looking for that special place.

Congrats!!! Maybe mention your 50th in the email and ask if you can get a better price not using a realtor...you have to ask to find out. Good luck let me know.

Excellent choice, especially if the unit has a good  ocean view. Have you checked w Julie Richardson, she manages several units now and used to work there full time when we rented from her.

No I haven't checked with Julie when was the last time you were here? Looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom reasonable price under 30,000 pesos.  How would I get in touch with her. Thanks for the info.
