Missing documents in dataflow

Hi.. i uploaded all documents needed in the dataflow but there is still missing documents. How to avoid this one in the future, because im in charge of dataflow processing in our hospital and i am still new with this job. By the way, i follow all the steps as they instructed but still i kept lacking documents. Please help

Based on my experience... if the document is cropped during scanning i.e. part of serial numbers or logo or signature is missing... or if the copy is not clear... they will flag it as incomplete.

They simply asked me to re-upload a clearer, uncropped copy.

Best to ask the dataflow agents so you know for future reference.
