Clarification on chance to transfer my new sponsor

Did they give you two months period?

Anyway, the thing is that your final exit can be cancelled in the due time by your current employer.
So, ask him to do so.
There is no other way to around this. And there is no chance of transfer to another company now.

Yes Sir, they give 2 months extension but only verbal and they want me to accept the request through MOI the new 2 years contact but I declined.

Our discussion about 2 months extension on last April 6, 2021 but now I received final exit visa.

I'm thinking that last 3 days ago I received request to transfer from new sponsorship which is my previous company before here in saudi arabia through QIWA and also maybe my current company receive the request for approval but they make a request for my final exit visa because all the employees if we're not accept the new contract they will sending back to our origin country.

I think they aren’t following the saudi labor law about 2 months period.

My one more concern my passport they will not return back even my contract is already completed.

I don't have any problem from them and all procedures as per by labor law I followed started before my 2 years contract will be finished.

They are following the rules. They have that authority.
Now, just ask them to remove the final exit and accept their work contract if you want to stay in KSA.
Otherwise, you have to go back.

Today morning I went to our head office to talked the HR Department regarding my final exit visa to asking favor and help even this is my hadiyah from him during this Ramadan time to cancel my issued final exit visa, and he said he will cancel.

3pm I received message from GOSI that my company sending again the pending contact and my acceptance or decline but I didn't not do anything only to view and download the contract.

My mean question my issued final exit visa is already canceled because they are sending again the new contract through GOSI?

Please advise, thank you..

Yes,
But they can put that final exit again in minutes.
Try to talk them out okay.
If that contract is of two years then ask them to make it one year.
If they refused, just accept it man.
Do their time as you have done in the last years and try to get something better in the future.

We are in same situation even me they that to me so maybe now the option is EXIT  or CONTINUE,were is the RIGHT of expat here if we finish our contract,for me why people choose to transfer if the old company is good we have different reason "why we want to transfer?".

I told it so many times that it is the same system in new packing.
It will take years to make full impact.
