Temporary Iqama (For Transfer) Saudi Arabia

Kindly Advise and Help.

I'm a professional and coming to Saudi Arabia next month with so called Free Visa ( I had no choice except this) , My consultant said we will gives you this visa along with 3 months temporary iqama which will extendable.!

Q1. My question is that once I get a job from new Employer will they be able to accept me with this temporary iqama or extendable iqama? And Will they be the one who prepare my first Iqama for one year, Kindly inform anything you might have to share with me.

Q2. Second question Is this visa is somehow different from regular work visa in terms of temporary iqama!?
