Hi and welcome to the Forum.

If you live in the Netherlands, then that is where you will be assessed for taxes on your worldwide income.  You must declare your worldwide income (including income from property rental) to the Belastingdienst, they will decide what taxes are due in the Netherlands.

There is a double taxation agreement in place between UK/NL, which basically means you won't be assessed twice on income taxes and it makes some provisions for state-paid pensions.  However, the agreement does not cover social taxes, so you will find that they will charge you for social taxes.  This link will take you to the KPMG website where it lists these taxes.  We found taxation in the Netherlands to be quite onerous.  My advice would be to speak to a Dutch tax consultant to ensure that you claim all the allowances you are entitled to and so minimise your tax bill.

Hope this helps.

No, you will pay social taxes on your worldwide income (including income from your UK house) in the Netherlands.

The % are listed in the link I provided in the 2nd post; it's complicated and why I advised you to speak to a tax consultant.  The cost of the consultant is deductable.

thanks
