Iligal dismissal from current employer.

Assalam alaikum Sir,

I received request from my new sponsorship through Qiwa Platform when I accept the request after 3 days I received final exit visa from my current employer and I tried to negotiate with them but they were not agreed to transfer.

My employer evicted me from their accommodation on last Saturday May 1, 2021 as they have not yet completed their responsibility to me as an Employee based on the Contract and we signed between my employer and it is through our Agency and this contract registered with our POEA.

The decisions made to me by Management according to the email it is clearly violated the contract we signed as well as Saudi Labor Law Articles 81 paragraphs 2 and 7.

I was evicted from their accommodation without giving prior notice and my passport was not return-back even though it was also against the implemented Amendments Saudi Labor Law Resolution No.166 dated 12-04-1421H and it was punishable by a fine if the employer holds the passport in their employees.

Your helpful advise is highly appreciated..

Q. 1. Can I complain to Saudi Labor for what they did to me?
2. This Could be a way for me to move another company because they violated the Contract according to Saudi Labor Law?
