I am in the process of moving to Liberia from Canada with my two cats. What I have found out is that you need to get an importation certificate from the Liberian Ministry of Agriculture. Your cats need to have a current vaccination for rabies and have a veterinary certificate of health from your country of origin. I have heard of two vets in Liberia and so far my partner has been able to verify that one is located at the Pet Palace. I can't vouch for his ability but he does carry vaccines, supplies and the like. Hopefully, my partner will be able to find where the other vet is located and checknhim out as well.
