my company is 4 Singapore people working + plus one LOngtime visit pass + plus me as EP

Recently I renew my EP with salary 8.7k ( as my roles is director and over 15 years experience , 45 years old )

Got rejected as : need to summit my qualifications again

My degree: Bachelor of Degree in English facilities

Summits document on Appeal already,  but worry do not understand what is wrong

Any advice from experience
Thanks

There have been a serious tightening of the criteria for EP in one's own company in recent years.
Prepare to get an EntrePass instead, which is the visa type intended for your situation. Alternatively, apply for PR - which you should be eligible for, especially if your company is doing well. (But PR approval takes six months or longer ...)

Agree with Beppi, PR is the way to best approach this for a longer term.

Educational background is being checked/ verified during renewals now- you will see a lot of posts recently on the same topic.
