You can go to Coffee Shop restaurant,30 Lê Anh Xuân street,District 1
or Lion City restaurant 98/O Lê Lai street, district 1.
or a restaurant in Lê Thánh Tôn street, dist 1 also but i didnt remember exactly the address.:D

btw, Vietnamese food is interesting.why dont u try it;)

few around.. you can go to de nonya just beside sheraton hotel.
lion city, and crystal jade (legend hotel) and lots of similiar foods in Cholon....
oh in new world hotel.. hokkien mee is great tho!

lets try Peaches at Sky Garden, Phu My Hung. There are lot of Singapore foods and the owner also comes from Singapore ;)

Why what is singapore food? Basically chinese food eh, or lots of indian there, malays and indonesian..so either malays or indonesian or indian food..lol

Hey you can go to Parkson at District 1 or 5, check out the foodcourt, they have Singapore's dishes ('signature'ones like Chicken rice, Laksa, Wonton Mee and stuffs...). Price quite reasonable. Also got some Vietnamese stall there but quite ex la

My favourite is Lion City just beside/behind New World Hotel. The Singapore food is actually not too bad. I tried the mee goreng.

The boss, Harry is also Singaporean. Many Singaporean go there also.

Bread Talk and Bar Cook are Singaporean bakeries, aren't they?? :P I love Bread Talk, but I guess you are missing frog porridge. Which district are you staying in?? I know some restaurants, but not sure about their quality. You may want to visit district 5 for Chinese dishes. :x
