Juice and coffee corner

Dears,
I am Saadledin, from Sudan
Planning to leave in Rwanda with my wife and five kids.
i am asking if i want to establish juice and coffee corner, is it good idea
also i need to get the approx cost to start with small corner in the capital.
or any ideas to help me to leave in Rwanda
