NOC and Visa Issue

Good day!

I was wondering about the NOC in Oman. I recently left the country coz my contract for 3 yrs was finished. So I cancelled my visa. Now I got a job offer in other hospital but they ask me to get NOC from my previous employer. I contacted them and they told me that due to company policy they cannot issue this paper and told me wait a bit coz soon the issue about NOC and Visa transfer will be updated in ROP system. But I thought since January they already removed NOC in Oman. I already finish my job and got experience letter but I really wanna go back there and work again. Can anyone help me about this and what I can do to come back. Even if i get my own visa. Thank you!

Hi....
As far as my knowledge they have removed this rule from rop system also...but due to travel ban they are not issuing any visa right now.
Once this travel ban is open they might start issuing new visa without any noc...if you have any proof of contract over or any termination latter.
Even my wife was working as a dentist in muscat...waiting for the same.

Yea i do have an experience letter and a good standing certificate that says I finished my contract with previous company. Was surprised that the new company that Im applying is asking for NOC. I hope they can resolve this issue soon as I still have a valid license in Oman to practice my profession.

Don't worry just wait for some time once this travel ban is removed they will definitely start issuing visa.
