Unauthorized person use authority

Hope you are fine and safe in this pendemic situation. I have a few questions. My job is finished January 2021 due to covid 19. Now i have some queries.
Company chairman have family visa, change my salary, reduce contract. I was not familiar about this situation. When I complain rop, they take action, dismissed his authority and going to deport him. They suggested, go to labour court for ur job termination.
Reason is this, labour court deal unfair termination on the ground of suitable reason, so due to Corona conditions it is weak case, while my focus unauthorized person, how should challenge his illegal practice and claim my lost job, salary?
Any suggestions, due to Corona I can't challenge unfair termination. WHAT SHOULD I DO FURTHER.

It happened to me as well. During corona they reduce my salary to half. But we cannot complain since in the rules of Oman they said to reduce the people working to 50%. And some shops or hotels closed so a lot of people lose job as well. They were stuck in Oman without salary. They cannot complain since company don't have income. You can try to complain to the labor law authority and present your case. Just don't expect much about it since a lot of people had worst situation than you.

Yes, I know that this situation is not favour our case, but I am looking to find the solution that how unauthorized person ( family visa) can make fool people by his signature.
Where his illegal practice can challenge, our lost is more than it.
