Dependent work permit

HI

I am residing In Belgium with my spouse under family reunion. He is working as an Expat from last 4 years. I started working locally from last year. I Am working in dependent Visa. I have also asked my local employer if they can sponsor me for work permit so that I can be independent of job.

My spouse work permit may not extend next year and if he has to go back he can claim my dependent if my current employer sponsor work permit

I have asked my employer to provide me Sponsorship,they asked me to contact " secretariaat voor vluchtelingen.

Do you know how to contact them . Please suggest

Hi Rama,

You will have to apply the SP from your home country. In-country SP applications for dependant is no more entertained since Sept 2020.
