I have a company that might be interested in hiring me and I wanted to know if it is possible to be employed by a non-recognized company, because as far as I read on the IND website, since I am Turkish citizen I can get employed by not recognized sponsor or did I understand it wrong? If so, can you please link me something that I can read and understand more clear! Thanks

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Can you provide a link to the section of the IND website to which you are referring?

Sponsorship
The IND cannot require that you have a (recognised) sponsor for the following residence permits:

My employee is not recognized but maybe they can apply to become one too, does that process take too long?

Hi again.

That's certainly what it says.  Recognised employers are generally only required for Highly Skilled Migrant visas.  If your future employer is in doubt, then they should speak to the IND to confirm that what they have on their website is still extant.  They do not need to be registered.

Hope this helps.

Thank you. I, myself, tried to communicate IND through e-mail yet I never received a reply.

Hi again.

You need to consider the much of the Dutch Government has been severely impacted by Covid and many workers are working from home; my son-in-law hasn't set foot in his office for over a year now.  It does not surprise me that your e-mail is unanswered.  IND does have a Twitter feed that they respond to and others on here have told us that they do answer the phone, perhaps ask your employer to phone them?

I can only imagine that! I hope you and your family safe and sound. I will try to tweet them and let me employer know about calling them.

However, according to the information on the Website, it is not hard or troublesome for me to come and work there if my unrecognized employer wanted to hire me, that is correct right? Many Turkish workers have emigrated to Europe because of the 1963 agreement and I think it is still valid. That agreement is named as Ankara Agreement.

LOL - I can certainly confirm that there are plenty of Turkish nationals living and working in the Netherlands.  Try this link; I don't recommend them as such, but perhaps a place to start looking for your countrymen.

Have a safe journey.
