Hi! my MVV expires on 8th June. If the flight ban from India is lifted on 1st June can I travel to Netherlands as the residence permit will take around 2 weeks to be issued once I land in Netherlands. Will it be possible to stay in Netherlands?

is it family based MVV?

It’s a startup visa mvv

If your MVV expires before you use it for travel to the Netherlands, then you will have to reapply.

What happens if mvv expires in Netherlands before a residence permit is issued in Netherlands

Very unlikely to happen unless your flight takes off on the last day it is valid and you arrive in the Netherlands the next day when it has expired; I don't think that can happen as they wouldn't let you on the aircraft to do it.  The MVV is a joint work and residence permit; you are required to make an appointment to register at the Gemeente (Town Hall) within 5 days of arrival, as long as you do that, you are in the clear.  Just make sure that you travel before the last day.

It's not likely the travel ban will be lifted soon., so you would have to get an new mvv.

In most cases, your MVV will have been extended; please read the thread "COVID-19: effects on application or stay" in this Forum; it answers most of your questions.
